1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aerinth.club and using Aerinth services and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Definitions
- “Site” refers to aerinth.club.
- “Services” refers to AI-powered installations, maintenance, and support.
- “Products” refers to AI devices such as robot vacuums, air conditioners, cat water fountains, and other smart household devices.
- “Info Products” refers to digital guides, tutorials, and AI training materials.
3. Use of Site and Services
You may use the Site to browse and purchase Products, Info Products, and schedule Services. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.
4. Orders and Payment
All fees are payable at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Title to Products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Refund Policy
Aerinth offers a differentiated refund policy based on the type of purchase. To request assistance, please visit Customer Support.
5.1 Refunds for AI Devices
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply if the product shows signs of use beyond inspection.
5.2 Refunds for Info Products
- Info Products are delivered digitally; once downloaded or accessed, they are non-refundable.
- If the file is defective or inaccessible, contact support within 7 days for platform or replacement.
5.3 Refunds for Services
- If you cancel a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs fewer than 48 hours before, you may receive a credit for future service but no refund.
- Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable; you may reschedule once within 30 days.
6. Service Rescheduling
To reschedule a service appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance via Customer Support. Rescheduled appointments must occur within 60 days of the original date.
7. No-Refund Cases
Certain custom orders, sealed devices opened by the customer, and delivered digital content that has been fully accessed are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if misuse is evident.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aerinth shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Products, Info Products, or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant purchase.
